This website (willomorris.com) is operated under the trading name Willo Morris. By accessing or using this website and/or purchasing products, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, vendors, and customers.

2. Products

All products sold on this website, including but not limited to limited-edition prints, framed prints, and photo books, are offered as described. Limited-edition prints are signed and numbered by the artist. Product availability is subject to stock levels, and once sold out, no additional prints will be produced for a specific edition unless explicitly stated for special editions.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT, where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice but will not affect orders already placed and confirmed.

For international orders, customers are responsible for any additional taxes, customs duties, or import fees imposed by their country’s customs authority. We are not responsible for these charges, and they are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

4. Payment

We accept payments via credit/debit cards and PayPal. All payments are securely processed through our payment partners (PayPal). We do not store or have access to your payment details.

5. Delivery

Products purchased from The Streets Project will be hand-delivered, as will professional prints for customers within the local area. Professional prints ordered by customers outside the local delivery zone will be shipped via courier. Delivery times may vary depending on location and product availability. For hand-delivered products, customers will be notified by email to arrange a suitable time for delivery.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom nature of limited-edition prints and other personalised products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the product arrives damaged. If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, including photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement where possible. If no replacement is available, we may offer a refund at our discretion.

7. Promotions and Draws

Occasionally, purchases may include entry into promotional draws or contests. The terms of each promotion will be clearly stated on the website or associated promotional material. For The Streets Project, every purchase enters the customer into a random draw to win a professional print worth £100. The draw will take place once all 100 prints for a specific street have been sold. Winners will be notified by email and may select one of the professional prints listed on the website.

8. Intellectual Property

All images, designs, and content on this website are the intellectual property of Willo Morris. Reproduction, copying, or distribution of any content without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from the use of this website or the purchase of products will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
